Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in commercial furniture sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service within the commercial furniture industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and the ability to grow and maintain a portfolio of key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their commercial furniture requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, project updates, and after-sales support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial furniture sector, targeting offices, hospitality, and other commercial spaces.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to secure profitable deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s commercial furniture products and services.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on furniture solutions, including space planning, product selection, and customization options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as design, logistics, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery and installation.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
  • Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Industry Knowledge:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales account management within the commercial furniture industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-value client accounts in the UAE or GCC region.
    • Strong understanding of commercial furniture products, space planning, and industry trends.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on solution-based selling.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Education & Certifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
    • Certification in sales or project management is a plus.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
    • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi and surrounding regions.
    • Strong network of contacts within the commercial furniture industry is a plus.
