Job Overview:
Our clients are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaker) with experience in high-end residential projects and a strong network within the real estate development sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with developers, investors, and luxury property stakeholders to drive business growth, secure projects, and establish long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the luxury residential sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, architects, consultants, and investors.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and enhance the company’s presence in the high-end residential sector.
- Engage with developers and high-net-worth clients to understand their project requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the luxury property segment.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to strengthen brand visibility.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring successful project acquisition.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and proposals to secure high-value residential projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution post-sale.
- Work closely with design, construction, and project management teams to align business goals with project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and relationship management.
Requirements:
🔹 Fluent in Arabic & English (both spoken and written).
🔹 Minimum 5+ years in business development within the luxury/high-end residential sector.
🔹 Strong connections with real estate developers, luxury property investors, and consultants.
🔹 Proven ability to close high-value deals and develop long-term client relationships.
🔹 In-depth understanding of the Dubai and GCC luxury real estate market.
🔹 Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage high-net-worth clients.
🔹 Ability to work independently, develop business strategies, and meet sales targets.
