Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales/Business Development Manager to join our client team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the design consultancy sector, with a deep understanding of the local market. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the design consultancy space, including architecture, interior design, and engineering services.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with design teams to prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company and alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies and offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand awareness and build a robust professional network.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in sales/business development within the design consultancy industry, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong understanding of design consultancy services, including architecture, interior design, and engineering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close high-value deals.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai market and familiarity with local business practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for managing pipelines and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
