Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out (Retail & F&B) | Dubai, UAE
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out for Retail and F&B projects to join our client’s dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial inquiry to final execution, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases. This role requires excellent communication skills, joinery experience on the contractor side, and the ability to close deals with clients while delivering high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee interior fit-out projects from inquiry to completion, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
✅ Build strong client relationships, negotiate deals, and assist in closing contracts.
✅ Manage all project stakeholders, including designers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams, ensuring smooth workflow.
✅ Provide technical expertise in joinery and fit-out works, ensuring high standards in execution.
✅ Monitor project budgets, cost estimations, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
✅ Develop and track project timelines, identifying and mitigating risks to avoid delays.
✅ Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements, safety standards, and client specifications.
✅ Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder updates.
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 5+ years in Project Management within Interior Fit-Out (Retail & F&B sectors).
🔹 Strong experience in joinery works on the contractor side.
🔹 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and coordinate with teams effectively.
🔹 Ability to negotiate and close deals with clients.
🔹 Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and finishing standards.
🔹 Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
🔹 Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
